Section 1455.180 Experience Requirements for a State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser License
Any person who makes application for a State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser License shall be required, as a pre-requisite to examination, to provide evidence of obtaining no less than 1,500 hours of appraisal experience during no fewer than 12 months and shall submit that evidence to the Division as required by Section 1455.190. Waiver valuations prepared in accordance with Section 5-5 of the Act shall not be counted toward appraisal experience credit for any credential classification. The total number of submitted appraisal experience hours shall not exceed 3,500.
