SECTION 1301.203 STATUTORY EXEMPTIONS
Section 1301.203 Statutory Exemptions
Records that are required to remain confidential under Section 1900 of the Illinois Unemployment Insurance Act [820 ILCS 405/1900], will not be produced as they are exempt under Section 7(1)(a) of FOIA.
