Section 1925.730 Quorum
The quorum requirements are as specified in Section 4(i) of the Act, as amended from time to time. A vacancy in the membership of the State Board shall not impair the right of a quorum to exercise all the rights and perform all the duties of the State Board as provided by this Act.
