Dear Landowner:
Inspection of lands owned or operated by you and located _________________________

Due to your inability to control this noxious weed and, pursuant to Section 11 of the Illinois Noxious Weed Law, your land has been quarantined. The Control Authority shall enter upon your land and eradicate the noxious weeds and upon completion you will be advised of the cost.
