Section 900.801  Purpose

Livestock waste management plans shall be prepared by livestock management facility owners or operators to provide for adequate land area for the proper application of livestock waste at rates not to exceed the agronomic nitrogen demand of the crops to be grown when averaged over a 5-year period or at the phosphorus rate, depending on soil test results.
