Section 211.170  Acid Gases

 

"Acid gases" means, for the purposes of Section 9.4 of the Environmental Protection Act (the Act) (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1991, ch. 111½, par. 1009.4) [415 ILCS 5/9.4], hydrogen chloride, hydrogen fluoride and hydrogen bromide, which exists as gases, liquid mist or any combination thereof.
