SECTION 217.800 PURPOSE
Section 217.800 Purpose
The purpose of this Subpart is to implement Section 9.9(d)(3) of the Act by providing a method by which additional NOx allowances may be generated for use by emission units subject to the requirements of Subparts U or W of this Part. [415 ILCS 5/9.9(d)(3)]
