Section 602.119  Revocations

Failure to comply with a permit condition, the Act, or a Board or Agency rule is grounds for enforcement action as provided in the Act, including revocation of a permit.  Revocation of a permit must be sought by filing a complaint with the Board under Title VIII of the Act.
