Section 702.124  Recordkeeping

An applicant must keep records of all data used to complete permit applications and any supplemental information submitted pursuant to 35 Ill. Adm. Code 702.123, Subpart D of 35 Ill. Adm. Code 703 (RCRA); and 35 Ill. Adm. Code 704.161 (UIC) for a period of at least three years from the date the application is signed.
