Section 705.127  Consolidation of Permit Processing

Whenever a facility or activity requires more than one permit under more than one Part of the Board's rules and regulations, the Agency may, in its discretion and consistent the individual requirements for each permit, consolidate the processing of those permit applications in accordance with Agency procedures.
