Section 722.144  Recordkeeping for Small Quantity Generators

Of the requirements in this Subpart D, an SQG is subject to only the following independent requirements:

a)         Section 722.140(a), (c), and (d), recordkeeping;

b)         Section 722.142(b), exception reporting; and

c)         Section 722.143, additional reporting.
