Section 724.110  Applicability

a)         The regulations in this Subpart B apply to owners and operators of all hazardous waste facilities, except as provided in Section 724.101 and subsection (b).

b)         Section 724.118(b) applies only to facilities subject to regulation under Subparts I through O and X.
