Section 1450.160  Dual Licensure

a)         A licensee may not simultaneously hold licenses as a:

1)         Managing broker and residential leasing agent;

2)         Managing broker and broker; or

3)         Broker and residential leasing agent.

b)         Upon the issuance of a new license, the prior license shall become inactive.
