Section 350.3950 Heating, Cooling, and Ventilating Systems
a) Air conditioning and ventilation systems shall be designed, installed and maintained as required by NFPA 90B. (B)
b) Compliance with pressure relationships and ventilation rates as shown in Table B is not required.
c) Vapor removal from cooking equipment in conformance with NFPA Standard 96 is not required.
d) Provide a range hood with fan for the removal of smoke or grease-laden vapors. If the hood does not discharge directly to the outside, then a recirculating type exhaust hood with cleaning and deodorizing elements is acceptable.
