AUTHORITY: Implementing the Developmental Disability Prevention Act [410 ILCS 250], the Lead Poisoning Prevention Act [410 ILCS 45], the Problem Pregnancy Health Services Care Act [410 ILCS 230], and the School Code [105 ILCS 5], and authorized by Sections 80-15 and 80-30 of the Department of Human Services Act [20 ILCS 1305/80-15 and 80-30].
