Section 1130.APPENDIX A  Capital Expenditure Minimums/Review Thresholds

In accordance with P.A. 96-31, the following capital expenditure minimums/review thresholds become effective July 1, 2015. These thresholds were adjusted by 2.5% in accordance with P.A. 96-31. The source for the increases is RS Means.

Capital Expenditure (Hospitals)                                             $12,797,313

Capital Expenditure (Long-Term Care)                                 $7,233,262

Capital Expenditure (All Other Applicants)                           $3,338,430
