CHAPTER IV: DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES SUBCHAPTER b: ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS PART 113 AID TO THE AGED, BLIND OR DISABLED SECTION 113.320 REDETERMINATION OF ELIGIBILITY
Section 113.320 Redetermination of Eligibility
a) AABD (Non-Group Care) It is the Department's responsibility to determine the continued eligibility of all recipients of assistance and it is the recipient's responsibility to cooperate in the redetermination of eligibility. A redetermination of eligibility shall be conducted every 12 months.
b) AABD (Group Care)
1) If receipt of a lump-sum payment is reported, a redetermination is to be completed within 30 days.
2) For recipients in group care and shelter care facilities, a redetermination of continued eligibility is to include a review of each recipient's personal allowance funds and room and board accounts.
