SECTION 853.60 WAIVER OF APPEARANCE
Section 853.60 Waiver of Appearance
The beneficiary has the right to waive appearance at the hearing. This must be done by completing form SSA-773-U4. The beneficiary will be informed that the decision to waive appearance at the hearing can be changed prior to the date of review and preparation of the hearing decision by contacting the Disability Hearing Division or the SSA district office.
