Section 860.20  Criteria for Listing of Impairments

a)         The Bureau incorporates the criteria specified in the Code of Federal Regulations 20 CFR 404.1525(a)-(e); 20 CFR 416.925(a)-(e) revised April 1, 1990; and 20 CFR 404 Appendix 1 Part A and Part B, Listing of Impairments amended December 12, 1990.  This incorporation does not include any later amendments or editions.

b)         The medical criteria contained in the Listing of Impairments are used within the framework of the sequential evaluation process as specified in 89 Ill. Adm. Code 845.20(c)(2).
