Section 1300.230  Director's Determination

a)         The Director of the Department shall review the recommendation of the Committee and then shall either approve or deny the requesting agency's application within fifteen days.

b)         The Director's determination shall be based on information developed from the surveys described in Section 1300.210(b).

c)         The requesting agency shall be informed of the Director's decision in writing.

d)         The Director's decision shall be final.
