Section 1300.330  Evaluation by Committee

a)         The Committee shall evaluate all proposals submitted by vendors in accordance with the criteria contained in Section 1300.320.

b)         On the basis of its evaluation the Committee shall recommend the selection of a vendor to the Director of the State Agency.  This recommendation shall be final.
