Section 447.1010  Applicability

This Part applies to the following persons:

a)         Department personnel;

b)         School bus owners or operators;

c)         Mechanics performing school bus brake inspections; and

d)         Certified Safety Testers at Illinois School Bus Official Testing Stations.
