Section 450.410  Order of Hearings

All hearings shall proceed in the following order:

a)         Opening statements by the parties with the complainant having the right to open;

b)         The complainant's case in chief;

c)         The respondent's case in chief;

d)         Complainant's rebuttal case;

e)         Respondent's closing arguments;

f)         Complainant's closing arguments.
