as to House Bill 3004 in manner and form as follows: |
| 4 | | AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3004 |
| 5 | | IN ACCEPTANCE OF GOVERNOR'S RECOMMENDATIONS |
| 6 | | Amend House Bill 3004 by replacing line 11 on page 9 |
| 7 | | through line 4 on page 10 with "due or about to become due in |
| 8 | | Interim Financing Notes."; and

| 9 | | by replacing line 9 on page 24 through line 2 on page 25 with |
| 10 | | "due or about to become due in Working Cash Notes."; and
|
| 11 | | by replacing lines 5 through 7 on page 25 with "issuance of |
| 12 | | notes or other obligations in an amount not to exceed".
