| 8 | | "Until August 31, 2022, the number of enrolled students in |
| 9 | | programs established under this Section shall not exceed 7,000. |
| 10 | | (e) In evaluating applications for programs under this |
| 11 | | Section, the State Board shall evaluate program delivery |
| 12 | | methods and may not approve any program that is offered |
| 13 | | entirely online."; and
