| 4 | | 1, on page 2, by replacing lines 19 and 20 with the following: |

| 6 | | limitation, the following information:"; and

| 7 | | on page 2, by replacing lines 21 through 24 with the following:

| 8 | | "(1) an identification of each vendor that provided
goods |
| 9 | | or services that were included in an accredited production's |
| 10 | | Illinois production spending, provided that the accredited |
| 11 | | production's Illinois production spending attributable to that |
| 12 | | vendor exceeds, in the aggregate, $10,000 or 10% of the |
| 13 | | accredited production's Illinois production spending, |
| 14 | | whichever is less;"; and
