AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 222 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 222 as follows:


 
3on page 1, by replacing lines 21 through 23 with the following:
4    "(c) In this subsection, "employee" means any school 
5district employee or volunteer or any employee of a contractor 
6who provides services to a school or school district.
7    In addition to any reporting requirements under the Abused 
8and Neglected Child Reporting Act, if an employee receives a 
9written, electronic, or verbal"; and
 
10on page 2, line 2, by replacing "another school district" with 
11"another"; and
 


12on page 2, by replacing line 3 with "employee, the employee who 
13received"; and

 
14on page 2, by replacing lines 23 through 25 with the following:
