| 4 | | 1, on page 10, line 13, by inserting, after the period, the |
| 5 | | following:

| 6 | | "Except as regarding toll bridges or as otherwise provided by |
| 7 | | law, nothing in this amendatory Act of the 101st General |
| 8 | | Assembly shall be construed to authorize a county, |
| 9 | | municipality, local government, or private operator to impose a |
| 10 | | toll upon any public road, street, or highway; nor shall any |
| 11 | | provision of this amendatory Act of the 101st General Assembly |
| 12 | | be construed to authorize, pursuant to an intergovernmental |
| 13 | | agreement or otherwise, the imposition of any toll upon any |
| 14 | | public road, street, or highway.".
