| AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 361

| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 361 on page 1, |

| immediately below line 17, by inserting the following: |

| "(c) The Department must adopt rules to administer the |
| 5 |
| provisions of this Section. |
| 6 |
| (d) A business park that meets the Department's |
| 7 |
| certification standards and that was established before the |
| 8 |
| effective date of this amendatory Act may receive certification |
| 9 |
| under the program.".
