    AN ACT concerning education.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, 
3
represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Eastern Illinois University Law is amended 
5
by changing Section 10-10 as follows:

    (110 ILCS 665/10-10)

    Sec. 10-10. There is hereby created a body politic and
and

corporate which shall be styled the Board of Trustees of 
9
Eastern Illinois
University (hereinafter called the Board), 
10
and which shall operate,
manage, control, and maintain Eastern 
11
Illinois University in accordance
with the rights, powers and 
12
duties now or hereafter vested by law in that
Board.
