AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4030

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4030 on page 3, line 
3
9, by inserting after the period the following:

"Registration of juveniles upon attaining 17 years of age shall 
5
not extend the original registration of 10 years from the date 
6
of conviction."; and

on page 12, lines 16 and 21, by inserting after "agency" 
8
wherever it appears the following:
9
"not to exceed 4 times a year"; and 
 
10
on page 15, by replacing line 3 with the following:
11
"school, park, or playground.  The offender may also not reside 
12
within 500 feet of a facility providing services".
