    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1557 by replacing

lines 8 through 26 on page 3 and lines 1 and 2 on page 4 with

the following:

            "(v) that a prisoner serving a sentence for 
6
        gunrunning, Class X felony  delivery of a controlled 
7
        substance, Class X felony possession of a controlled 
8
        substance with intent to manufacture or deliver, Class 
9
        X felony calculated criminal drug conspiracy, Class X 
10
        felony criminal drug conspiracy, street gang criminal 
11
        drug conspiracy, Class X felony violations of Sections 
12
        407, 407.1, or 407.2 of the Illinois Controlled 
13
        Substances Act, Class X felony participation in 
14
        methamphetamine manufacturing, Class X felony 
15
        methamphetamine-related child endangerment, Class X 
16
        felony methamphetamine delivery, Class X felony 
17
        possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver, 
18
        Class X felony methamphetamine trafficking, Class X

        felony methamphetamine conspiracy, Section 5(g) of the

        Cannabis Control Act, Class X felony cannabis

        trafficking, Class X felony calculated criminal

        cannabis conspiracy, a Class X felony conviction for

        money laundering, or drug induced homicide shall 
6
        receive no more than
7.5 days good conduct credit for 
7
        each month of his or her sentence of imprisonment.".
