    I move to accept the specific recommendations of the

Governor as to Senate Bill 1576 in manner and form as follows:

AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1576

IN ACCEPTANCE OF GOVERNOR'S RECOMMENDATIONS

    Amend Senate Bill 1576 on page 1, by deleting lines 4 
7
through 23; and

on page 2, by deleting lines 1 through 5; and
 
9
on page 2, by replacing line 10 with the following:

"effective date of Executive Order 09-05"; and
 
11
on page 2, line 11, by deleting "Assembly".
