| 7 | | on page 5, line 17, after "foreclosed property" by inserting |
| 8 | | the following:

| 9 | | "and, in the case of a municipality with a population of more |
| 10 | | than 2,000,000, to the alderman for the ward in which the |
| 11 | | property is located".
