| 6 | | ""Standing protocol" may be issued by (i) a physician |
| 7 | | licensed to practice medicine in all its branches, (ii) a |
| 8 | | physician assistant who has been delegated the authority to |
| 9 | | prescribe asthma medications or epinephrine auto-injectors by |
| 10 | | his or her supervising physician, or (iii) an advanced practice |
| 11 | | nurse who has a collaborative agreement with a collaborating |
| 12 | | physician that delegates authority to issue a standing protocol |
| 13 | | for asthma medications or epinephrine auto-injectors."; and |
| 14 | | on page 5, line 10, after "physician", by inserting ", |
