      New Act
          Creates the Crimes Committed Against Children Act  (short
      title only).

 1        AN  ACT  to  increase  the  criminal penalties for crimes
 2    committed against children.
 3        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section  5.  Short  title.   This Act may be cited as the
 6    Crimes Committed Against Children Act.
