 1                     AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 139
 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 139 as follows:
 3    on  page  1,  line  15,  after  "committees",  by   inserting
 4    "appointed  by  the  board  or  otherwise  authorized  by the
 5    bylaws"; and
 6    on page 2, line 7, before "relating", by inserting "appointed
 7    by the board or otherwise authorized by the bylaws".
