      415 ILCS 115/15
          Amends the Illinois Pollution Prevention Act  to  make  a
      technical change.

 1        AN  ACT to amend the Illinois Pollution Prevention Act by
 2    changing Section 15.
 3        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section  5.  The  Illinois  Pollution  Prevention  Act is
 6    amended by changing Section 15 as follows:
 7        (415 ILCS 115/15)
 8        Sec. 15.  Pollution prevention report.   With  regard  to
 9    any  voluntary  pollution  prevention  planning  program, the
10    Agency shall  utilize  the  source  reduction  and  recycling
11    information  required  to  be reported for toxic or hazardous
12    materials to assess and  report  the  progress  of  pollution
13    prevention, on an annual basis.  This reporting shall compare
14    the source reduction and recycling activities with respect to
15    toxic  or hazardous materials for those facilities that which
16    voluntarily conduct pollution prevention to the reporting  by
17    all facilities in Illinois for toxic or hazardous materials.
