 1                     AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 274
 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 274 on page  1,  by
 3    replacing lines 1 and 2 with the following:
 4        "AN  ACT  concerning  disclosure of information, amending
 5    named Acts."; and
 6    on page 4,  immediately  below  line  15,  by  inserting  the
 7    following:
 8             "(23)  The   operation   by   a  municipality  of  a
 9        municipal utility or the operation of a  municipal  power
10        agency   or   municipal   natural  gas  agency  when  the
11        discussion  involves  (i)  contracts  relating   to   the
12        purchase, sale, or delivery of electricity or natural gas
13        or  (ii)  the  results  or  conclusions  of load forecast
14        studies.".
