 1        AN  ACT  to  amend  the  Illinois Farm Development Act by
 2    changing Section 1.
 3        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section  5.  The Illinois Farm Development Act is amended
 6    by changing Section 1 as follows:
 7        (20 ILCS 3605/1) (from Ch. 5, par. 1201)
 8        Sec. 1.  Short title.  This Act shall be known and may be
 9    cited as the Illinois Farm Development Act.
