 1        AN  ACT  to  amend  the Agricultural Fair Act by changing
 2    Section 1.
 3        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section  5.   The  Agricultural  Fair  Act  is amended by
 6    changing Section 1 as follows:
 7        (30 ILCS 120/1) (from Ch. 85, par. 651)
 8        Sec. 1.  Short title.  This  Act  may  be  cited  as  the
 9    Agricultural Fair Act.
