1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 307
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 307 as follows:
3 on page 5, line 34, by replacing "standing and" with
4 "standing, and"; and
5 on page 6, line 1, after "parking" by inserting ", or
6 compliance"; and
7 on page 6, line 19, by replacing "standing and parking" with
8 "standing, and parking, or compliance"; and
9 on page 7, immediately below line 10, by inserting the
10 following:
11 (j) For purposes of this Section, the term "compliance
12 violation" is defined as in Section 11-208.3.".
