 1                     AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 400
 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 400 on page 1, line
 3    15, by replacing "$500" with "the lesser of $500  or  50%  of
 4    actual costs"; and
 5    in  line 21, after "employers", by inserting "or the Illinois
 6    Student  Assistance  Commission's  Monetary   Award   Program
 7    (MAP)".
