 1                     AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 444
 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 444 on page  1,  by
 3    replacing lines 10 through 13 with the following:
 4    "emergency  room  facilities  or  care  shall have on call 24
 5    hours a day at least one emergency room  physician  qualified
 6    to handle pediatric medicine.".
