      formula  for  schools.   Supplies only the Short Title of the
      Act.

 1        AN ACT to create a fair and equitable funding formula for
 2    schools.
 3        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section  1.   Short  title.  This Act may be cited as the
 6    Fair and Equitable School Funding Formula Act.
