 1                     AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 474
 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill  474  by  replacing
 3    everything after the enacting clause with the following:
 4        "Section  5.   The  Adoption  Act  is  amended  by adding
 5    Section 18.05 as follows:
 6        (750 ILCS 50/18.05 new)
 7        Sec. 18.05.  Requests for information.".
