          Amends the Service Use Tax Act.  Makes a technical change
      in the Section concerning the method of stating the tax.

 1        AN ACT to amend the  Service  Use  Tax  Act  by  changing
 2    Section 3a.
 3        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section 5.   The  Service  Use  Tax  Act  is  amended  by
 6    changing Section 3a as follows:
 7        (35 ILCS 110/3a) (from Ch. 120, par. 439.33a)
 8        Sec.  3a. Method of stating tax.  The tax imposed by this
 9    Act may be stated as a distinct item separate and apart  from
10    the selling price of the service, and shall be so stated when
11    requested by the buyer.
