 3    with  reference  to  page and line numbers of House Amendment
 4    No. 1 on page  1,  line  13,  by  inserting  "State-operated"
 5    before "facilities"; and
 6    on   page   1,   line   23,   by   replacing   "Code."   with
 7    "Confidentiality Act."; and
 8    on  page  2, line 8, by inserting "the Minority Leader of the
 9    Senate, the Minority Leader of the House of Representatives,"
10    before "and".
