 1        AN ACT to amend the Private Sewage Disposal Licensing Act
 2    by changing Section 9.
 3        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:
 5        Section  5.  The Private Sewage Disposal Licensing Act is
 6    amended by changing Section 9 as follows:
 7        (225 ILCS 225/9) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 116.309)
 8        Sec. 9. Agents of the Department. In  the  administration
 9    and  enforcement  of this Act and the private sewage disposal
10    code,  the  Department  may  designate  and   use   full-time
11    municipal,   district,   county  or  multiple  county  health
12    departments as its agents.
