 1                     AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 561
 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 561, AS AMENDED, in
 3    Section 10, by replacing subdivision (1) with the following:
 4        "(1)  Tampers with a school bus or  school  bus  facility
 5    with   intent   to   cause   any   damage,   malfunction,  or
 6    nonfunction.".
